Scaling a new SaaS business is hard. During the talk I will share 9 lessons we learned while scaling Setapp from 0 to more than $2m in Annual Recurring Revenue.

Topics will be covered includes Product Launch. How to work with innovators? How to build a community around the product? What things to measure while launching a new venture? How to allocate your resources in a startup?

Pavlo Pedenko is the Product Manager at Setapp.com, the consumer product of the year according to Product Hunt. Setapp.com is a fast growing SaaS business that was launched by MacPaw in 2017. Currently, Setapp has 22k paying members and more than $2m ARR. Pavlo drives ProductTank Kyiv community, organizes ProductHunt meetups in Kyiv, and mentors startups at both Google Launchpad Accelerator program (Worldwide) and Startup Wise Guys (Latvia). He also works with startups as a consultant. Prior to MacPaw, Pavlo led product management and engineering team in the biggest Ukrainian media company. Pavlo was an event producer of Media Hack Weekend — the biggest hackathon in Central Eastern Europe.
